Return Policy
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
- – Products accepted for exchange will be solely at the discretion of Expert Medical Supply.
- – Exchanges only, within 5 days must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in original packaging accompanied by original receipt.
- – Store credit will be provided if exchange is not possible.
- – Rental Fee will apply to rentable items.
- – NO RETURNS on personal hygiene items.
- – NO RETURNS on special ordered items or large ticket items (Lift Chairs, Power Mobility, Luxury Beds)
- – 25% Restocking / Cancelling fee applies to special order items ONCE ORDERED. Shipping fees are non refundable.
- – For online orders, the customer will be responsible for the return charge/ pick up fee unless it is Expert Medical Supplies’ mistake.
- – For online orders, there would also be a restocking fee of %15 if it is not an item carried at the store.
