I came in to exchange a defective crutch and was helped by i think her name was Kimberly . she was so so kind and helpful and everyone in there was smiling and talking and just so warm and welcoming and helpful . next time I'm in need of any medical supplies , i'll definitely be back and would 10/10 recommend Expert Medical Supply.

This location has been in business since 1925 and has an excellent selection of medical items ranging from shoes and compression stockings to bathroom equipment and walking canes plus everything in between. The staff here is very professional and expert. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Veronica and her expertise made our visit a great success. Because of Covid I wanted to get an N 95 mask and they were five times the price normally was... They should be reported for price gouging.
Great service, super helpful, parking in the back, easy to contact and get a wheelchair, good rental rates, and very easy all around. My mom came for 6 days to go to Disneyland, I knew she couldn't handle the walking, but with the wheelchair I rented, everything went very well. Pico Medical made everything very convenient and painless, which I really appreciated. Thank you!
I was traveling from out of town to attend a conference in Downtown LA. The concierge at the JW Marriott LA Live recommended this company for my rental needs. I was traveling with a broken foot and desperately needed an improved mode of transportation beyond my crutches since I was non-weight bearing. Kimberly was incredibly accommodating and understanding of my needs and promptly answered any questions I had about my order. I rented a knee scooter and an ice cooler machine and truly believe that both of these items made my trip not only a possibility, but enjoyable. Pico delivered these items to the hotel so they were available upon my arrival and also picked them up after I departed. I was able to travel around the area more comfortably and see more because of the knee scooter and the ice cooler machine helped at night after the long days of up and down and zooming around hallways and sidewalks. Highly recommend this company if you're in need of renting medical equipment in the LA area.
Went in to buy a medical boot because my mom had a sprained ankle and Meynard came to the rescue! He immediately offered to go to the car and examine my mother’s ankle to make sure I was buying her the right product to give her some relief. Can not recommend this place enough.
